Greg Oxley founded Centerview Title Group in 2012 bringing to the company over 22 years of experience in real estate, banking, business and law.
Prior to entering the private practice of law and becoming a business leader, Greg spent over 20 years as a military officer and attorney with the U.S. Coast Guard / Department of Homeland Security. He retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 1990 and retains the rank of Lieutenant Commander (Retired). He has served on the board of directors of a publicly traded national banking association; practiced law where he focuses on real estate, title and escrow and business law matters; he built and managed a national title insurance and escrow agency; served as president of a national title insurance underwriter; he is a past president of a national IRS Section 1031 Like-Kind-Exchange company; and he has also served in senior executive positions with several banks. He is a licensed title insurance agent in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware and Florida and a member of the Virginia State Bar.
In addition to managing Centerview Title Group, LLC. Greg maintains his private law practice. He utilizes his extensive experience in law and business and his depth of understanding of residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate governance, business management and company transformation and growth to grow the business and to advise clients.
